Voorbeschouwing: Dit wordt een lastige maand. Met de uitwedstrijd tegen Inter, de uitwedstrijd tegen AS Monaco, de thuiswedstrijd tegen AS Roma en het altijd lastige Sampdoria. Tevens moeten we onze voorsprong in de Italiaanse beker proberen vast te houden. Napoli is de tegenstander. De belangrijkste wedstrijd is tegen Inter. Inter staat hoog genoteerd op de ranglijst en is een waardige titelkandidaat. Wij zijn al het hele seizoen ongeslagen. Hopelijk kunnen we daar onze gram uit halen.

Conclusie: De wedstrijden gingen makkelijker als verwacht. Want als je vier keer scoort in San Siro ben je wel goed bezig. En verder had ik wat meer tegenstand verwacht van AS Monaco. De wedstrijd werd vrij gemakkelijk met 1 - 3 gewonnen. De overige drie wedstrijden tegen AS Roma, Napoli en Sampdoria werden niet allemaal winnend afgesloten. Tegen Napoli kwamen we niet verder als 1 - 1. Maar thuis hadden we al een ruime voorsprong opgebouwd, dus gingen we nog vrij gemakkelijk door naar de volgende ronde...
