Storyline:

Seven noble families fight for control of the mythical land of Westeros. Political and sexual intrigue is pervasive. The dominant families are the Houses Stark, Lannister, and Baratheon. Robert Baratheon, King of Westeros, asks his old friend Eddard Stark to serve as Hand of the King, or highest official. Secretly warned that the previous Hand was assassinated, Eddard accepts in order to investigate further. Meanwhile the Queen's family, the Lannisters, may be hatching a plot to take power. Across the sea, the last members of the previous and deposed ruling family, the Targaryens, are also scheming to regain the throne. The friction between these clans, and with the remaining great Houses Greyjoy, Tully, Arryn, and Tyrell, leads to full-scale war. All while a very ancient evil awakens in the farthest North. Amidst war and the political confusion, a neglected military order of misfits, the Night's Watch, is all that stands between the realms of men and the icy horrors beyond (c IMDB)

      Laatste half uur was ziek he. Ik heb mezelf wel al enorm gespoild door van alles te lezen online. Er komen in ieder geval hele zieke afleveringen en seizoenen aan, dat weet ik wel .

    Ik wil die serie ook wel zien. Zo'n settings en verhalen zijn echt m'n ding. Maar ik wacht tot ze op tv komt.

    Ik volg de serie al enkele weken via Amerikaanse tijd en het is echt een heldenserie! Een echte aanrader voor wie van settings a la Lord Of The Rings houdt!

    Het verhaal is echt steengoed, wat een serie _O_ _O_ Prachtige beelden ook trouwens. En ja, bij aflevering 5 begint het echt tof te worden.

    Ik heb aflevering 10 ook al gezien. Is dit de laatste van seizoen 1 dan? Echt een vette serie!!!

     

    Jup, maar de serie is gebaseerd op een boeken reeks waarvan het eerste boek Game of Thrones heet. In totaal zes boeken uit die reeks, zullen nog wel vijf seizoen aankomen dan ;).

    Ben ook begonnen met deze serie. Eentje uit een totaal ander genre dan dat ik normaal kijk. Ik stond dus ook ff te kijken bij de onthoofd scenes etc.

     

    Maar goed, het ziet er werkelijk schitterend uit, verhaal is goed dus ik vermaak me prima. Echte topper.

    Wanneer komt eigenlijk het vervolg? Ben echt al een paar weken met smart aan het wachten.

     

    Aflevering 10 van seizoen 1 is de laatste. S2 komt pas volgend jaar uit.

     

    En inderdaad, ZALIGE serie!

    Net de laatste epi gezien. Gewoonweg de beste serie ooit. Binnenkort aan het boek beginnen.

    must see voor fans van goeie series. mn vriendin heeft alle boeken al gelezen dus die weet al wat er allemaal gaat gebeuren. misschien dat ik zelf ook begin met de boeken. Episode 10 eindigt overigens op hetzelfde punt als dat het 1e boek eindigt
