    Serieus? Niet aangeklikt dan toen der tijd

    Everyday vond ik de eerste keer echt kut, maar nu zowat mijn favoriete track. Zelfde met Electric Body, goh die Rocky - Q collabs zijn altijd goed.

    One of three Clams Casino produced tracks on the record, the third track shows Vince Staples‘ pride in his origins: the norfside of Long Beach, CA. Vince talked about the city in an interview with self-titled:

     

    "[Long Beach is] the suburbs—not in the sense of safety or of how it looks, but in the sense of how it’s set up. Everyone knows everyone; it’s a small place, not one you get out of. And it’s really difficult, whether you talk economically, racially—it’s not the same as LA at all."

     

     

    Ohjah Jay Rock's album lijkt nu ook eindelijk een keertje misschien toch wel uit te gaan komen

    Ik weet dat hij hier niet zo wordt gewaardeerd maar dat nieuwe album van A$AP Rocky is echt niet normaal goed. Een heel verschil met zijn vorige albums, die ik ook goed vind, maar wel een stuk beter. Begint al keihard met Holy Ghost.

    Ja klopt, heb ik toen beluisterd & kon het erg waarderen. Al ben ik bekender met het materiaal van ATCQ dan van The Pharcyde.

     

    Kan trouwens Summertime '06 van Vince Staples ten zeerste aanbevelen. Wat een albums zijn er sinds eind 2014 toch uitgekomen damn :<
